By accessing or using the ZNinja website and desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
02_ License & Usage
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ZNinja software for personal or professional purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code unless permitted by our open-source licenses (where applicable).
03_ Intellectual Property
All brand assets, logos, and proprietary software logic (the "Shadow Circuit," "Persona Engine") remain the sole property of Xyneris. Content generated via third-party AI APIs is subject to the terms of those respective providers.
04_ Limitation of Liability
Xyneris shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or AI inaccuracies.
05_ Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
